The app provides your clients with guided assistance and troubleshooting tips during their first weeks of acclimatisation, allows you to communicate via text or voice CareChat to minimise appointments and enables you to make remote adjustments to the hearing aids via Signia TeleLink for the best possible conversion success.

The high quality of the myHearing App has been confirmed by its certification by the German Technical Inspection Association (TÜV) TRUST IT. This certification means that the myHearing App “successfully demonstrated its conformance with respect to secure implantation and data privacy aspects”. Therefore, it complies with TÜV IT’s high data privacy standards.
