Keeping you operational with Remote Tuning
TeleCare offers remote fine-tuning, which assists with the following critical business processes:
- Closing current trials
- Remote follow-up appointments with clients who are unable to attend the clinic, while meeting the requirements of the Hearing Services Program
- Emergency assistance for clients who are struggling with communication in these difficult times
Avenue to engage with and maintain your existing client base
TeleCare has a two-fold application, either via a portal (website, accessible from any computer, tablet or phone connected to the internet), or via our Connexx software.
Remote fine-tuning via the portal is available for ALL Signia devices, including primax, Nx, Xperience and Styletto, with or without Bluetooth and regardless of performance level. This method can be used at any time, since there is no need for an active connection between the clinician and the client.
Live remote fine-tuning from Connexx relies on an active Bluetooth connection between the phone and the hearing aids, and is therefore only available for Bluetooth devices that have the most up to date firmware.
Signia app – Stay connected with your client
The combination of TeleCare and the Signia app lets your client get used to their hearing aids in the most comfortable way. Hearing lessons, daily satisfaction monitoring as well as the chat function enable you to understand the needs of your client better and provide the best service.
Keep the conversation going after purchase
TeleCare helps you to maintain contact with your clients also after their trial phase has ended. You can continue to support your clients remotely as well as send out updates abut your products, services or special offers as targeted chat messages directly from TeleCare.
